Notes
Earliest records listed as Christiaan Henning Guthaus on the christening record for Diederich Ludewig in 1735. Also listed under the last name of Goedhuijsen, Goethuijzen and later dates as Goedhuis and Goedhuijs. Burried at the Karthuizer (Kerkhof) cemetary in Amsterdam. Entry in the burial register shows his name as Christiaan Goedhuijsen, living on the South side of Lindengracht by the Brouwersgracht, (today at roughly Lindengracht 23) - and in a part of historic central Amsterdam known as "de Jordaan", and in a neighbourhood indicated on historic municipal street plans as "PP". http://beeldbank.amsterdam.nl/afbeelding/010043000002_059
