  Earliest records listed as Christiaan Henning Guthaus on the christening record for Diederich Ludewig in 1735. Also listed under the last name of Goedhuijsen, Goethuijzen and later dates as Goedhuis and Goedhuijs. Burried at the Karthuizer (Kerkhof) cemetary in Amsterdam.
